2. Event Terms

• Age Restrictions: All events are 18+. Some events have specific age requirements, please check before booking.

• Bookings & Tickets: All tickets must be purchased in advance. No ticket = no entry.

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, illness, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason.

• Event Cancellations & Changes: We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or change event details due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, low attendance, extreme weather).

  • If we cancel an event, you will be offered:

    1. A transfer to the new event date.

    2. A credit valid for 12 months to use on another event.

    3. A full refund.

• Behaviour Expectations: We promote a respectful and inclusive environment. Anyone engaging in harassment, inappropriate behaviour, or disruptive conduct may be removed without a refund.

• Liability: While we take safety seriously, Singles Mingles is not responsible for personal interactions, outcomes, or incidents at our events. Attend at your own risk.

3. Matchmaking Terms

• Personalised Services: Our matchmaking services include profile creation, introductions, and coaching, depending on your package.

• No Guaranteed Matches: While we strive to find suitable matches, chemistry is not guaranteed. However, we provide guidance throughout the process.

• Privacy: Your information is confidential and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

• Honest Information: You agree to provide accurate details about yourself to ensure the best matchmaking experience.
